In the heart of Lincoln Square, CONVICTION FITNESS combines traditional fitness, weight training, aerobics and cardio machines with martial arts, yoga, pilates and alternative training (tires, kettlebells, medicine balls, ropes, stairs and circuits). Enjoy an impressive array of state-of-the-art equipment, including a weight room with more than 50 machines, lifting platforms, and power cages. The cardio area includes treadmills, ellipticals, and stationary bikes. Enjoy the spacious aerobic floors, a large martial arts area, and alternative training area with medicine balls, ropes, stairs, and circuit machines. Flatscreen TVs and upbeat music help keep you entertained and motivated throughout your workout.

Monthly membership starts at $49/month. We also offer 3-month, 6-month and yearly memberships, as well as discounts for groups and families. Gold memberships include all martial arts, fitness and tranquil fitness classes.

  • The weight room consists of over 20,000 lbs and over 50 machines including lifting platforms and power cages.
  • Cardio areas include the latest in cardio equipment including treadmills, ellipticals and stationary bikes.
  • Also included is our fitness studio with premium Pavigymâ„¢ aerobic floors and surround stereo system.
  • Martial arts area includes a 2000 sq. ft. Dojo equipped with heavy bags, speed bags, focus pads, cage wall, and a large mat area.
  • Alternative training area includes indoor track equipped with medicine balls, tires, tire flip lane, ropes, stairs and circuit areas.

Classes are offered in three main areas:

  • Aerobic/cardio classes including aerobics, cycling, step, Zumba, dance cardio, core- and cross-training
  • Martial arts classes including kick-boxing/muay thai, grappling/brazilian jiu-jitsu, boxing, MMA, wrestling, kid's classes and women's self-defense
  • Yoga and pilates

Our close proximity to Welles Park means an invigorating outdoor run (over a mile per lap) is an easy alternative. In addition, the Welles Park fieldhouse offers an indoor swimming pool.
