Our weight room offers Olympic and Power Lifting, Cross Training and alternative training (tires, kettlebells, medicine balls, ropes, stairs and circuits). Our weight room has over 20,000 lbs of weights and more than 50 machines, lifting platforms, and power cages. The cardio area includes treadmills, ellipticals, and stationary bikes.

Classes include Yoga, Bootcamp, Cross Training, Kettle Bells, Muay Thai Kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, MMA, Boxing & Wrestling. With so much to offer, a membership with Conviction is the perfect start for all your fitness goals!

Monthly membership starts at $49/month. We also offer 3-month, 6-month and yearly memberships, as well as discounts for groups and families. Gold memberships include all martial arts and fitness classes.

Classes are offered in three main areas:

Our close proximity to Welles Park means an invigorating outdoor run (over a mile per lap) is an easy alternative. In addition, the Welles Park fieldhouse offers an indoor swimming pool.
